Urban design competition for the re-planning of Petri Plats in Narva Estonia. The scheme aimed for the re-planing via the development of a new landscape formation with a new dynamic lighting scheme that would react to the ever changing site dynamics. Giving the site strong character all the while being flexible to it's temporal nature.
